Roasted Root Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
1 butternut squash
1 sweet potato
1 yam
1 Any other roots vegetables you like
2 red onion
Sea salt to taste
1 tbsp rosemary
4 tbsp coconut oil
add tahini sauce

DIRECTIONS
Dice all the vegetables in small cubs and melt the coconut oil and mix all the ingredient together. Bake at 450 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes until well done. Once finished add tahini sauce.
